At Tokyo Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

10-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • The product must not be physically damaged or altered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products with missing accessories or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, installation, or modification.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If the order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be made through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been approved.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Tokyo Electronics will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
